Responsible for coordination of annual giving appeals and donor-related communication efforts. Organize and implement employee giving campaign. Provide general professional and administrative support to a wide range of development activities. Assist in preparation in grant and donor proposals, as well as prospect research. Gather and report outcomes to donors.
Implement Annual Giving efforts, including but not limited to direct mail appeals and the employee giving campaign.
Coordinate the production and distribution of direct mail and donor-related publications by acquiring mailing lists, and working with free-lance writers, printers and mail houses.
Assist in submitting letters of inquiry, basic proposals, reports, and other correspondence to granting agencies.
Gather and report outcomes for grantors and other donors.
Assist in completing time-sensitive prospect research requests as needed.
Perform a wide variety of professional, administrative tasks to support the overall development activities of the Foundation.
Lend support to Children's Miracle Network, special events and other fundraising projects as needed.
Represent the foundation in the community by participating in appropriate civic organizations.
Participate in professional philanthropy association activities.
This position is highly visible to Renown Health employees, senior management, physicians and the general public and is subject to constant interruptions from walk-in traffic and telephone calls. High standards of courtesy, performance and respect for confidentiality are essential. Independent judgment is required for appropriate decision making, problem solving and priority setting.

Strong writer with skills in public relations, marketing and communications are required along with excellent written and oral communications.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to work with and support multiple members of a team.
Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and organize workload; ability to meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Aptitude to conduct research, data gathering for grant reports.
