For those seeking to learn and grow, Renown has implemented The High Potential Program. It is a competency-based program that enhances high performing employees’ emotional intelligence, communication, relationships and organizational knowledge.
The High Potential Program helps prepare employees to take on additional scope and responsibilities in their current and/or future roles. The program runs for six months, and leaders must nominate employees to be considered for the program.
Nominations are now being accepted for the Spring 2018 program, which starts on Jan. 17.
